March is a time when Endometriosis gets a little more attention. You might see posts, stats, or awareness ribbons floating around.
But this isn’t about education today.
This is about something quieter.
Something deeper.
Being seen.
Endometriosis doesn’t just live in the body.
It seeps into everything.
It wears on your patience.
It tests your confidence.
It makes you question yourself.
And sometimes… it convinces you that you’re “too much.”
Or “too sensitive.”
And maybe the hardest part?
Being dismissed.
Being told it’s normal.
Being told it’s just stress.
Being told to manage it and move on.
When you live with pain that people can’t see, something starts to shift.
You shrink yourself.
You second-guess your symptoms.
You apologize for canceling plans.
You wonder if you’re being dramatic.
You start to question your own experience.
Let’s pause there for a second.
If you are living with this… you are not dramatic.
You are responding exactly the way a human responds to ongoing pain, uncertainty, and not being heard.
If your energy feels different now, that makes sense.
If intimacy feels complicated, that makes sense.
If your confidence has taken a hit, that makes sense.
If you feel exhausted in a way that rest doesn’t quite fix… that makes sense.
There is nothing weak about adapting to survive something hard.
Nothing.
You deserve more than just getting through it.
You deserve:
To be believed.
To be taken seriously.
To rest without guilt.
To be supported.
You deserve providers who listen.
You deserve conversations where you don’t feel dismissed.
You deserve to take up space in your own experience.
And if no one has said it to you lately:
I see you 💕
If this month has stirred something up in you—frustration, grief, validation, or even just exhaustion—you’re not alone in that.
Your experience is real.
Your body is communicating.
And it matters.
Always.
